anyway I drew this since there's a cartoon network color palette challenge going around on twitter , on which I will never be posting art, but I wanted to do cos the colors were very close to poppet's
the op said it should be lineless (good decision) and I also added the self-imposed rule of no gradients, no lowered opacity, and no blending, cos it's the cmyk palette so that'd just make it too easy (and not very cartoon network)
