Someone I know wanted someone to design an Alice in Wonderland themed tattoo for her that they could add onto their current one so I gave it a go

the picture I added is here on deviantART. Meaning, somebody used your image for a photoshop brush and they are therefore claiming the image as their own. If you gave permission, than you have nothing to worry about. But if you know nothing of this, then they ripped you off.

I did not do it with no harm, if she wants I give them credits, kms and you let yourself to get into things that do not know, I do not steal and if I found it in google, by all means do not steal

If I may also add "We're all mad here..." on the teapot to the tattoo as well? You're art is beautiful and I wouldn't want to alter it if I didn't have the artist's permission to do so. (:

Thank you for making me aware of this! I gave permission to that artist to alter my design as I thought they wanted to use it for a tattoo on themselves. If I knew that they were touting many of other people's designs off as their own to give to other people, I would not have given permission.

she actually didn't give credit. and made it appear like she signed it, check by yourself :/

she gave credit on DA, just not on facebook, I have posted on the wall of her group to deal with this and I hope people will stop harassing her so vehemently, this is an issue between her & the artists. I don't think she's making a profit. Thank you for your concern though!

that's ok, I have a feeling it's more of a misunderstanding in my case, although I don't know if she ever spoke with the other artists, but I think the people not involved should lay off for now as the spam her facebook page is receiving is both childish & unnecessary on the whole. I am thankful for the concern of those who notified me though!

Well, you know, `yuumei was one of the artists affected and she wrote a journal about it so I doubt that's gonna happen anytime soon,as she's one of the most popular deviants ever and a lot of people read her journal...
