I wanted to do something I've never did, a drawing with not only the character but with a background that isn't made of random effects! Tbh, at first I didn't thought of coloring it, but when I did it, it was amazing. The character is a Pokémon that I found in a video where there were middle evolutions of a few Pokémons. And this is the middle evolution of Riolu, that I called Riorio. (Worst name, lol.)Also, I'm supposed to do this on digital too so yeah-
