Chococat Cupcakes! He is my favorite of the Sanrio/Hello Kitty characters, probably because I own a black cat.These were a lot of fun/easy to make. I used mini-oreos for the white of the eyes, mini M&Ms for the pupils/nose, and cut-up chocolate bars for the ears.
