Ooh, very nice and sunny!
I really like the depth of the blue, there. It's not just one colour, but so many. I feel that creates an interesting variety to things.
The rocks (?) add substance and stability to this piece. I like the framing, too. One thing I'm not too fond of is the brightness. I feel it's a bit too bright, but that might just be me.

Photoshop is great if you know what you're doing.
With layers, there's freedom to do more.
