I know other have asked me to see the characters drawn from other clans, but for now I try to focus only on the Camarilla.
I do not know how to create these characters, I do not think it is enough just the bacground, need more data. name .... last name ... height ... clan ... habits ... appearance ...

Camarilla LaSombra would be a fine lady. I love LaSombra Antitribu, it's not even a secret, ha.
For names you should consider the character's ethnic background, though it is likely that a Malkavian (for example) goes for a nickname or simply another name to bury their previous life. It depends on the story you gave to the character, I'd say. Another example: A Ventrue is always eager to prove that they come from the bluest of the bluest blue bloods, so if they do come from a line of exemplary Ventrue they could rub it on someone's face. This Ventrue, perhaps, could have the habit of introducing themselves with an overly-long name to make clear who are you talking to. I would avoid more than five names if the character is Latino, people usually go for names like Juanita Consuelo Satana De La Pera Equis Y Zeta; as a Latina myself, I find it silly and far away from reality.

Now, for general info about the clans, their habits and whatnot, I'd recommend this one: [link] . For Modern Nights, of course, which seems to be the type of vamps you are doing. Though you can always go and check good ol' Wikipedia page or the WOD Fan Wikia; they also have an official Wikia, but that's dead as bricks.

Check out video clips from the 90's and compare them to current clips (like, "normal" clips... Or maybe watch some tv series, like Law and Order, the style is very different from the first episodes to the latest ones)
