Commission done for someone on retro neopets ( not leopets but really Retro neopet!)

Of their uc faerie ixi character, was kinda tricky this was the design it self: [link]

and I had to turn it into quad...but I'm very pleased with the result ^_^

and I also had some cloud practice I guess I finally figured out how I can make easy clouds
