This sucker took me a week and is my first ever project like it. Its not without flaws, but it was a BIG learning experience, and i now know how to make one RIGHT next time. Nearly killled my poor little sewing machine, too. I still have a little refining to do on it, but for photographic purposes, its finished. FINISHED.Oh, and I think making this kind of piece qualifies as "crafting", not just "sewing". Anything that requires a hammer goes in the "crafting" category, i do believe.
