Yeah, I'm continuing the characters as inklings art. This one is of Shadow as an inktoling, a mix breed of an inkling and octoling. Shadow was created a long time ago by Professor Gerald Robotnik, a former member of the Squidbeak Splatoon and a former friend of Cap'n Cuttlefish. Gerald's granddaughter, Maria, had an incurable disease called Neuro Immune Deficiency Syndrome (yes, it's even in the Splatoon world). So Gerald decided to create a creature with the power of immortality. He got help from Black Doom, a friend of DJ Octavio. But when Cap'n Cuttlefish found out Gerald became an ally to the enemy, they attacked Gerald's base and almost killed Shadow, but Maria was hit with a lethal inkling weapon. So to keep Shadow safe, Maria sealed Shadow inside a capsule of cold sleep, similar to the one Judd was sealed in. Many years later, Dr. Eggman awakened Shadow, who wanted to avenge Maria's death. One of the members of the New Squidbeak Splatoon, Rouge, and Agent 1 and 2 found out and tried to help Sonic and his friends stop Eggman from using the eclipse cannon. When Amy told Shadow that Maria wanted him to save Inkopolis, Shadow agreed to help Sonic stop Biolizard and Final Lizard. After the battle, Shadow was presumed dead. But Rouge, Agent 1 and Agent 2 found him sleeping in a capsule inside Eggman's treasure room. After realizing his true purpose, Shadow decided to follow his own path. He plays turf war with Rouge and sometimes with Sonic and his friends.

The hair style Shadow has as an inktoling is one I hope to see if there was ever a Splatoon 3 or a Splatoon spin-off game. I also hope to do artwork for Splatfests I'd like to see.
