Bakugo, as we know, holds a very, very low opinion of people who lack superpowers, saying that they're incapable of being heroes, and sees them as worthless and good-for-nothing weaklings who deserve only to be abused and tormented at every possible turn, hell he borderline sees people without powers as unfit to live.

Iron Man and Batman are among the most prolific of superheroes that don't have powers, so I'd imagine that meeting them would be a severe blow to Bakugo's worldview. Plus I'm certain they would have some "choice words" about Bakugo's behavior, especially towards Deku, telling him that bullying and browbeating anybody who fails to meet his standards for strength is not the behavior of a hero, though you shouldn't need me or them to tell you that.
