In the Justice-Verse, Cry For Justice never happened.

Why: When the villain Prometheus intended to use a series of attacks to cause earthquakes, Green Arrow and Hawkeye's agency, the Arrow Agency, was able to successfully bring him down before he could finish his plan. Their ally Vibe opened breaches to dispose of the devices on Dead Earths before even one of them could go off, saving the lives of the millions who would've perished in Star City, including Red Arrow and Cheshire's daughter Lian. However, Cheshire was so outraged by what Prometheus almost did to her daughter, she killed him in a blind rage before anyone could stop her.

Edit: Recently I learned that the earthquake that destroyed Star City happened during Cry For Justice, not Rise and Fall. Just needed to correct that before somebody came after me for it.
