This here is my Fishing Boo sprite sheet, which is an enemy that appeared in Super Mario World!
So, what does it do in Super Mario Maker?

If you place it in a level, it will act as a Lakitu, but instead of following you side by side, it will move up and down whilse moving side by side.
It carries blue fire on it's fishing rod, and will swoop down, trying to attack you!

You can't stomp on him however, but you can kill it with a Super Star, but instead of the cloud staying in place, it will disappear once it's defeated. Giving it wings will make it move faster!
