Description I engaged in one of my favourite passtimes last night. Right after arguing with vegans about eating meat, comes arguing with smokers while blowing smoke in their face. Did that for a while yesterday... Pretty entertaining... I don't see their arguments, they don't see mine... Their problem is, I don't care!
I was gonna write a litte diatribe about smoking and dying and how we all gotta kick the bucket in the end, except smokers do it with a little more enthusiasm, but I decided I'm just gonna put it plain and simple. So here it is in the infallible words of Bill Hicks:

"I smoke. If this bothers anyone, I recommend you look around the world in which we live ... and shut your fucking mouth!"

Too round it all off here's a little public sevice announcement:

"Non-smokers die every day. Sleep tight!

I have no problem with you slowly committing suicide, but I do have a problem with you forcing your bad decision on me and everyone else around you who didn't make that choice.

Some people, like me, have an allergy to it also (haha, and so do you really, considering it's rat poisoning. I think everyone's allergic to cancer)
So we shouldn't have to walk with welts all over our bodies because you have a "vice".

So as long as your smoking in your home-without your children present, or in your backyard and not on the streets where I have to breathe it in or smell it, who cares?

You know, I kept waiting with my reply to your comment for a very long time and was ready to rant and rave for quite a while but actually you are right. I'm a horrible person and there are clearly no bigger problems than me smoking... Along the same line of argument you are following I suggest we also ban peanuts because some people are allergic to them and obviously all plants and trees due to their pollen...
