Description Um yeah....I'm going to turn this into a cell shading tutorial for my site, Pichu's World . I did this at the Mew's Hangout Advanced Oekaki. I Hope ya'll like it. It's meant to be me using attract. The left ear kinda buggs me for some reason. O.o
