one day Sam gets a email on his computer from a old friend AKA Billy Bennett wants to come over for a visit Sam gets excited then when Otto Twister and Reggie show up at Sam house to tell him they got a hockey game or a hockey practice he comes out of the house feeling very excited almost giving Otto Twister and Reggie a heart attack he tells them his old friend Billy is coming over for a visit all the way from Kansas in a week.

after there practice Sam tells the gang about Billy and how he is a good skate border to like them and how he is the best hockey player in Kansas and has Killer moves just like Otto and Reggie could say Oh Great Just What We Need Another Otto and Sam says Not Exactly He Seems To Know His Limits A Little And He Is A Very Nice Guy Just You All Wait Until You Meet Him Next Week And You Should Check Out His Parkour Moves and Otto Twister and Reggie have no idea what that is because I dodn't recall them doing Parkour in any of the episodes and I am sure Otto would then say Just As Long As He Is Not As Cool As Me or he could says Well I Will Be The Judge Of His Moves And Talent.

and a week later Sam Reggie Twister and Otto along with Raymundo and Tito are at the Airport to great Billy sinc Sam is the only one who knows what he looks like Sam is the look out then he says Here He Comes then Reggie twister and Otto and Raymundo and Tito they see Billy a boy with shaggy brown hair brown eyes and is wearing a long sleev green jersey with black strips and he is wearing leather jacket vest just like the boy in the references I showed you and he is wearing blue jeans and blue sneakers he has a back back over shoulder with his roller skates and he could be holding hockey stick Sam yells Billy Over Here and the boy yelled Sam Long Time No Sea How Have You Been as he hugged Sam and said Aern't You A Sight For Sour Eyes Sam says Welcome To Ocean Shores Billy How Is Kansas and Billy said Its Still Good A Little Boring After You Left Because Things Are Not The Same Without You Buddy everyone back home miss you the computer genies and Sam Says Well I Am Sure Being Here Will Bring Back Some Memeries Let Introduce You To My New Frineds I Have Made In Ocean Shores.

As Sam introduced Billy to Reggie Twister and Otto they shake his hand well at least Reggie and Twister do who knows if Otto does because if you recall Otto never was much of a introducer remember what happen when Tito Nephew and Twister Cousin came to visit.

anyway after they intrudice themselves to Billy at the Airport and after they help Billy get his suit case that has his belongings Sam takes Billy to his house and help him get settled they share Sam bunk bed then Sam Reggie Twister and Otto show Billy around the community of ocean shores like show him the shor shack meet Tito and hear his Hawaiin jokes show him around Mad town and meet Conroy Trish and Sherry who find Billy very handsom or should I say cut and Eddy who obviously does his prince of the neither world act which Billy finds bizzar but cool and show Billy the beach and where they play hockey show him around the fair meet Twister parents and his big brother Lars and Mr and Miss Stimplton and even to that crazy little girl to.

Otto shows Billy his moves then Billy shows him and the others his moves even his parkour moves Reggie and Twister are amazed but Otto who knows.

later on Twister says something stupid as usual and Billy whispers to Sam What is Wrong With That Kid and Sam says WHo Knows He Has Been That Way Since I Got Here

things are good at first but there area few flaws like when Twister or Otto call Sam Squid as usual Billy is offended buy that and says What Did You Call Him and Otto says Its A Nick name but Billy says That Is Not A Nick Name That Is A Insult.

and when the five of them are skateboarding or roller skating around town Billy notices how sloppy Sam is skating and ask Sam Is This How You Been Skate Bording All This Time Sam and Billy is stunned that Sam has been in Ocean Shores for a year and couple months and Otto and Twister and Reggie have not teach Sam anything and Billy is shock that they made Sam the goalie on there hockey team when Sam is the teck kid and computer genies and Billy either says What kind Of Friends Are You or just begins to wonder what kind of friends are these three kids.

things area little un easy after that but Sam tells Billy not to worry that his friends maybe weird but they are still great you just got to get use to them and Billy says okay.

then later at Sam house Billy and Sam share the bunk bed Billy could be looking on his lab top and see pictures of Sam and himself back in Kansas before Sam moved away then Billy goes to bed of course.

then later the next day Billy wakes up Sam is already dress and tells Billy he and his mom are going out grocery shopping and ask Billy if he will be okay buy himself at home and Billy says I WIll Just Hold Down The Fort and after Sam leaves Billy was about go back to bed but he accidently knocks something off Sam desk it is a note book Sam note book Billy pick it up and was about to put it back on where he kock it off but then he remembers Sam not just wrote in his note book he would also draw pictures to Billy reads it and looks into Sam journal first he see everything Sam gone through and been up to in Ocean shores it does not show what Billy see we just see Billy face and his expression and reaction and then Billy react turns happy to sour he makes this stuuned look and gasp and said What The What Kind Of Person Does All That then he slams the note book shut and Billy looks angry.

then later on that day Sam takes Billy Bennett to Mad Town where they meet Otto Twister and Reggie and they go on top of the ramp Otto shows Billy his moves and Billy says That Is Cool Otto But Let Me Show You This then Billy kicks his skate bord down the ramp and he jump doing his parkour moves and he lands right on his skate bord and skate bord right up to where Otto is Reggie and Twister says Whoa That Was Cool Very Cool and Wicked and Sam says See I told You He Had Killer Moves and Otto is not imprest and says I Could Do Better Then That Let Me Try and Reggie yells Otto Wait You Do Not Know How To Do Parkour and Otto says How Hard Can It Be Otto kick his skate bord down the ramp and leaps into the air but Otto miss it and almost hits the ground but Billy sket bords down and catches Otto then Reggie and Twister and Sam skate bord down and Reggie says Otto You Could Have Gotten Yourself Hurt and and Billy says when he lets go of Otto Yeah Otto Don't Try To Froce It Didn't Your Father Ever Tell You To Never Try To Be Somone Your Not But Otto Says I No Who I Am I Am Otto Rocket The Future Tony Hawk And Billy I Challnge You To A Skate Borde Duel see Who Shreads This Ramp and Billy makes a face like this is a bad idea but says Very Well Otto But I Do Not Think This Is A Good Idea.

and everyone from Otto To Reggie to Twister and Sam are stunned that Bill knows about all those events and Otto says ina stunned tone How Do You Know About All That and Billy said I Read Sam Journal After You Went Out Grossery Shopping Letting Me Hold Down the Fort At Your House I Was Going To Go Back To Bed At First But I Acidently Knock Sam Journal To The Floor I Pick It Up And Was About To Put It Back But Then I Remembered Sam Like To Not Just Write In His Journal But Also Likes To Draw Pictures To So When I Look In The Journal To See What Sam Has Wrote and Draw It Said And Showed Everything You Did Otto All The Wrong And Stupid Things You Did When I Read That I Wonder What Kind Of Person Does All That What kind Person Has Same Befriended I Did Not Want To Judge You At First Otto But After Seeing How Your Acting Now I See Now The Person I Read In Sam Journal Is Exactly WHo You Are Otto Self Center Spoiled Jerk And Sniviling Little Wessel Who Want To Be On Top Even If It Mean Knocking People Off To Make Room You Should Have Been The Last Person Sam Should Have Maid Friends With I Doubt You Will Grow Up To Be Like Tony Hawk Because I Doubt He DID This To His Friends And I Am Done Skate Bording With You Today I Don't Skate Bord With Jerks Like You Sam I Am Sorry I Read Your Journal But Right Now I Want To Go Back To Your House And Rest I Don't Want To Be Around Your New Friends Now.

and with that Billy skate bords away looking disgusted.

and Sam said Way To Go Otto and Twister Said Yeah You Screwed It Up Again Just Like You Almost Did With My Cousin and Rggie says So In A Way Billy Is Right Otto and Otto says Lay Off Reggie How Was I Suppose To Know Billy Would Snap At Me And Rub My Past Actions In My Face Like That Or That Sam Has Been Writing And Drawing Everything We Have Done including My Mistakes In His Note Book Sam What Were You Thinking How Could You Write And Draw Everything I Did In Your Note Book And Have Your Old Kansas Buddy Read It And Sam Says Well You Just Herd Billy That I Write And Draw Stuff That I Go Through All The Time But I Did Not Know Billy Would Easly Find It And Read It And Find Out What You Did And It Did Not Have To Be Like This Otto This Was Suppose To Be A Fun Day But As Usual Otto You Had To Start Up A Drama Race Otto and Otto says Just Like We Did With You Sam When You First Got Here and Sam Says I Moved Here Otto Billy Just Here To Visit There A Difference Otto A Big Difference And Beside Billy Just Got Here He Has Only Been Here A Day So He Seeing All Ocean Shores For The Very First Time So He Not Fully Aware Of How This Place Works Or How Different It Is Compared To Kansas And You Were Not Making It Easy For Him Otto.

then they hear girl voice say And He Is Right Otto then Sam and Otto Twister and Reggie see everyone from Trish and Sherry Oliver and Eddy even Lars and his gang and bunch of other kids come walking up toward Otto Sam Twister and Reggie and they all look very disappointed it turns out everyone herd Billy yell all that stuff out loud to Otto because Billy and Otto and the gang were in mad town in a public area and there were a bunch of people around everyone herd Billy from kids and adults and maybe even Otto and Reggie dad herd him from the shore shack if it was close buy that is but I cant remember.

anyway kids show up from Reggie friends Trish and Sherry to Oliver the boy who even smarter then Sam and Eddie the boy who calls himself Prince of the Neather World even Lars and his gang shows up along with many other kids as I just said and Trish says That Boy Is Right About You Otto We All Know You and Sherry Says Yeah Me And Trish Were There During That Game Of Captured The Flag You Really Were A Terribe Player In That Game and Trish Says Yeah Otto You Did Not Play Fair At All and Oliver says I Was There When You Sam Twister and Reggie Made Up That One Hockey Game In the Street And Its Was So Complicated Because You Made To Many Rules Otto and You Were Not A Good Team Player On That Capture The Flage Game Either and Eddie Prince Of The Neather World says And I Agree With That Boy Otto Because That Was My Pool You And Your Friend Skate Borded In You Promis You Would Not Tell Anyone Otto But You Broke Your Promise And A Bunch Of People Came In To Skate Bord In It And Reck It Do You Know How Long My Parents Grounded Me Because Of You and Lars says Even I Agree With That Kid You Really Know Sink Down To My Level Otto Like How You Excpeted My bet To Play Hockey In The Middle Of The Night And I Bet You Cheated On That Bladder Bow Race Because You Over Herd Me Telling My Friend How To Cheat And You Dicided To Do It and Trish says Is That True Otto Did You Cheated On During That Race and Sherry Said Answer Her Otto Did You Take A Short Cut Which Is How You Got To The Finish Line Before Twister and Otto says in a nervious tone Well You See I but then Twister says Yes He Did He Told Me and Otto yells Twister and Twister says Well Its True and Larse says So You Did Sink To My Level I Never Thought You Go That Far and Trish says Neither Did We and Sherry says Otto We Threw You A Party That Night To Celabrate Your Victory But Now We Just Learnd You Cheated So That Means That Party Was Met For Twister You Are So Disappointing On So Many Levels and Eddy says And We Have had Enough Otto We Want You Out Of Mad Town Now Get Him and all the kids come at Otto like bunch of cannibals or should I say a angry mob they grab Otto lift him in the air Otto obviously yells Hey Put Me Down and the angry kids carry Otto to the enterance of Mad Town and toss him right out on to the street and yell And Stay Out You Jerk.

later at the shore shack Otto Twister Reggie and Sam get a bite to eat and and Twister says Looks Like Billy Maid You The Hated Person At Mad Town and Ray says when brining burgers out to the kids Hey Kids What is Wrong And Otto Why Do You Look Like Like You Got Beaten Up and Twister says He Got Toss Out Of Mad Town and Ray says What WHy What Happen What Did You Do Otto and the kids tell Ray and Tito how Billy showed them his tricks and Otto Challanged him but Billy out did him and Otto wated a rematch but Billy still beat him and Otto did not excpt defeat and Billy snap at him and rubbed all of Otto mistakes in his face because he read Sam journal that had writing and drawing of all the evenst Otto ahas done but also all the wrong and foolish things he did to which made Billy believe that Otto was insaine calling him a sniveling little weasel that wants to be on top of everything even if it mean pushing everyone off and everyone herd him say that to Otto and believed Billy was right and toss Otto out of Mad town and Ray says in a disappointed tone Oh Otto What Were You Thinking and Reggie Says He Was Being His Classic Self and Otto says How Was I Suppose To Know He Would Yell At Me Or Knew About My Mistakes How Was I Suppose To Know Sam Everything Down In His Journal That I Did And Billy Would Read It and Raymundo says That Is Not The Point Otto Should Not Push People To Do What You Want Or Be Jelious Of Other People Talents Because They Are Better Then You Always Do this Otto You Always Want To Be The Center Of Attention And With That Atitude No One Is Going To Know Your Name In The Future So You Had That Coming Otto and Tito says his anciant hawwain saying LIke The Anciant Hawaiin Said Some Things Are Best Left Alone or Tito says Careful How Far You Push Things. or if Ray already herd Billy say all that stuff he agree with Billy and I spsurised about a few things like Otto cheated on that Blad Bowl Race.

then some people show up at the shack like two of them are boy with skate bords they lay there skate bords on the table and Otto says Cool Skate Bords Guys but then the boys say Its Otto Lets Get Out Of Here Mikey Before He Steels Our Skate Bords And Breaks Them and the two boys take there skate bords and leaves and Otto says Hey Wait I Was Not Think Of Taking Your Bords and and then two woman says Your Otto Rocket That Little Menace I Herd Of and then she says to her hustbend Come On Dear I Do Not Want To Eate Here Anymore and the Husbend says Me Either Come On Sally as they take there five year old daughter and Raymund says Otto Maybe You And The Kids Should Leave Because Your Scaring My Costomers Away and Otto Says Dad You Can't Be Series and Reggie says He Right Otto Let Go To The Beach.

when they go to the beach but that life guard who speaks in a drill sargent acient says Halt Your Suspended Otto Because I Herd A Rumar That You Were Responsible For That Shark Prank So No Beach For You For A Month and Otto Says You Canat Be Series and the Life Guard yels Do I Look Like I Am Joking Now Leave as he blew his whistle and the kids leave.

when they walk through town people says Hey Its Otto The Crazy Kids and People Throw Stuff At Him Saying Freak Loser Dork Jerk Psycho Maniac Wheesle Stupid Kid and after Otto and Reegie and Twister and Sam make a run for it when they hid in the ally there Reggie notice a poster and says guys look and when they look it says Otto The Jerk and it has a pucture of Otto with devil horns coming out of it and they see there are more posters all over town appearntly everything Billy said got out and spread around town and now everyone knows about Otto stupid rude and reckless actions and see him for who he really is when the kids come walk through there nighberhood Otto says I Cant Believe It Because OF Your Friend Sam I Am Not The Most Hated Person In Ocean Shores and Reggie says Yeah Could Not Have Happen To A Betetr Person and Otto Says Excusse Me and Reggie says Kiddingand Otto says I Need To Talk To Billy Maybe He Could Fix This and Sam says I Am Not Sure About That Otto and Reggie says Like He Ever Listens.

they come back to Sam house Otto knocks on the door and Billy opens it and says in dissapointedtone Oh Its You What Do You Want Otto and Otto says I Want You To Fix What You Did Because Of You I Am The Most Hated Person In Ocean Shores You Have Totally Destroyed My Rep and Billy says says And Why Should I Care You Pretty Much Deserve It Otto You Brought This On Yourself With Your Own Decions Everything You Did Is What Lead To This Point Otto as Billy turns around to go back in the house Otto says as he put his hand on Billy shoulder But Billy Come On but Billy elbowed Otto in the face and says My Aswer Is No Get Yourself Out Of It and Billy stormed away into Sam house.

and later on that night Otto and Reggie are back at there house Otto has a rag over his head where Billy elbowed him and Raymundo says He Got A Point Otto You Drag Yourself Into This Every Decion You Made From Cheating On That Blader Bowl Stealing Sam Skate Bord Conarting Twist Out Of His Card Is What Lead To This Moment Life Is Like A Road Otto Every Decion We All Make Leads Somewhere Otto How Do You Think There Are People In Prison Otto Because Everything They Did Is What lead Them There But I Am Sure Thing Will Blow Over Tommorrow but then a rock or two came flying through the window and broke the glass giving Ray Otto and Reggie a heart attack and there were nots on the rocks saying Lose Freak Jerk.

the next day when Otto came back to mad town thinking that everything from yesterday had been forgotten but the moment he walk in kids grab him and lifeted him into the air and ran right back to the enetrance carrying Otto who was yelling Hey Put Me Down and they toss him right out of mad town and yelled Stay Out apperantly they ahd not forgotten what Billy said yesterday Otto skate bord around town and people say Hey its Otto That Rude Kid and Otto had to skate bord away.

anyway later on either Otto goes back to the shore shack and and ask his dad if he can help cook in the back kitchen but Raymundo says that Billy is already there offering to help out and Raymundo could follishly say You Were Like Him Otto He Very Help Full With the Dishes and Otto screams and runs off and Raymundo says Opps and Tito says Not The Right Words to Say Brother.

or Otto goes to the scret spot to get some privacy and thinks about what has happen and begins realizes he went to far when he comes back into town he see Billy at mad Town skate bordering and doing Parkour at the same time all the kids whoere there werewatching Billy and amazed about his skills Tris and Sherry was there so was Olliver and Eddie they look really amazed to and after Billy finshish with his skate brodring kids surrounded him saying Billy That Was Great You Were Awsome and Trush and Sherry said You Look Soo Dreamy When Doing Those Moves Billy and Billy blushes and Eddie says How Do You Do That Billy and Billy could say either Its All In the Leg or Eat Your Green Vegitables or he says I Work Out A lot or I Get Out A lot or he says the Peter Pan line Think Happy Thoughts but who knows what he could say.

then when Billy leaves Mad Town he hears Otto voice saying How Do You Do That Billy Make People Like You And See You As a Idle Like That and Billy says I Do Not Let The Fame Go To My Head Otto I Say To My Fans What They Want To Hear And I Know How To Keep My Cool Otto Unlike You and Otto says Like How Do you Do It Teach Me and Billy Says Try Looking For The Signs Otto and and Otto says What Do You Mean and Billy says Try Observing Your Surroundings Otto Buy Obbserving People Expressions So You Can Tell What They Are Thinking And Think ABout OTher People Feeling And Not Yourself And Maybe You Do Deserve A Second Chance Come To The SHore Shack Tonight Otto There Having the Party That Was Met For Twister For That Bladder Race You Cheated On I Don't Think You Were Invited But Come Over Anyway And I Will Clear Your Name.

and later at night Otto came to the party at the shore shack people were partying there Twister was getting congradlated as he should have then when Otto shows up people say hey Its The Cheated and Everyone yells Your Not Welcome Here You Duffes but Billy says He Invited Otto and says he deserves a second chance that life is not simple that everyone screw up ounce and while but everyone deserve a second chance including Otto so Billy tells everyone to take easy on Otto and just enjoy the party so everyone does.

the next day Billy and Otto become friends and all is forgiven.

one day Sam gets a email on his computer from a old friend AKA Billy Bennett wants to come over for a visit Sam gets excited then when Otto Twister and Reggie show up at Sam house to tell him they got a hockey game or a hockey practice he comes out of the house feeling very excited almost giving Otto Twister and Reggie a heart attack he tells them his old friend Billy is coming over for a visit all the way from Kansas in a week.

after there practice Sam tells the gang about Billy and how he is a good skate border to like them and how he is the best hockey player in Kansas and has Killer moves just like Otto and Reggie could say Oh Great Just What We Need Another Otto and Sam says Not Exactly He Seems To Know His Limits A Little And He Is A Very Nice Guy Just You All Wait Until You Meet Him Next Week And You Should Check Out His Parkour Moves and Otto Twister and Reggie have no idea what that is because I dodn't recall them doing Parkour in any of the episodes and I am sure Otto would then say Just As Long As He Is Not As Cool As Me or he could says Well I Will Be The Judge Of His Moves And Talent.

As Sam introduced Billy to Reggie Twister and Otto they shake his hand well at least Reggie and Twister do who knows if Otto does because if you recall Otto never was much of a introducer remember what happen when Tito Nephew and Twister Cousin came to visit.

anyway after they intrudice themselves to Billy at the Airport and after they help Billy get his suit case that has his belongings Sam takes Billy to his house and help him get settled they share Sam bunk bed then Sam Reggie Twister and Otto show Billy around the community of ocean shores like show him the shor shack meet Tito and hear his Hawaiin jokes show him around Mad town and meet Conroy Trish and Sherry who find Billy very handsom or should I say cut and Eddy who obviously does his prince of the neither world act which Billy finds bizzar but cool and show Billy the beach and where they play hockey show him around the fair meet Twister parents and his big brother Lars and Mr and Miss Stimplton and even to that crazy little girl to.

Otto shows Billy his moves then Billy shows him and the others his moves even his parkour moves Reggie and Twister are amazed but Otto who knows.

later on Twister says something stupid as usual and Billy whispers to Sam What is Wrong With That Kid and Sam says WHo Knows He Has Been That Way Since I Got Here

things are good at first but there area few flaws like when Twister or Otto call Sam Squid as usual Billy is offended buy that and says What Did You Call Him and Otto says Its A Nick name but Billy says That Is Not A Nick Name That Is A Insult.

and when the five of them are skateboarding or roller skating around town Billy notices how sloppy Sam is skating and ask Sam Is This How You Been Skate Bording All This Time Sam and Billy is stunned that Sam has been in Ocean Shores for a year and couple months and Otto and Twister and Reggie have not teach Sam anything and Billy is shock that they made Sam the goalie on there hockey team when Sam is the teck kid and computer genies and Billy either says What kind Of Friends Are You or just begins to wonder what kind of friends are these three kids.

things area little un easy after that but Sam tells Billy not to worry that his friends maybe weird but they are still great you just got to get use to them and Billy says okay.

then later at Sam house Billy and Sam share the bunk bed Billy could be looking on his lab top and see pictures of Sam and himself back in Kansas before Sam moved away then Billy goes to bed of course.

then later the next day Billy wakes up Sam is already dress and tells Billy he and his mom are going out grocery shopping and ask Billy if he will be okay buy himself at home and Billy says I WIll Just Hold Down The Fort and after Sam leaves Billy was about go back to bed but he accidently knocks something off Sam desk it is a note book Sam note book Billy pick it up and was about to put it back on where he kock it off but then he remembers Sam not just wrote in his note book he would also draw pictures to Billy reads it and looks into Sam journal first he see everything Sam gone through and been up to in Ocean shores it does not show what Billy see we just see Billy face and his expression and reaction and then Billy react turns happy to sour he makes this stuuned look and gasp and said What The What Kind Of Person Does All That then he slams the note book shut and Billy looks angry.

then later on that day Sam takes Billy Bennett to Mad Town where they meet Otto Twister and Reggie and they go on top of the ramp Otto shows Billy his moves and Billy says That Is Cool Otto But Let Me Show You This then Billy kicks his skate bord down the ramp and he jump doing his parkour moves and he lands right on his skate bord and skate bord right up to where Otto is Reggie and Twister says Whoa That Was Cool Very Cool and Wicked and Sam says See I told You He Had Killer Moves and Otto is not imprest and says I Could Do Better Then That Let Me Try and Reggie yells Otto Wait You Do Not Know How To Do Parkour and Otto says How Hard Can It Be Otto kick his skate bord down the ramp and leaps into the air but Otto miss it and almost hits the ground but Billy sket bords down and catches Otto then Reggie and Twister and Sam skate bord down and Reggie says Otto You Could Have Gotten Yourself Hurt and and Billy says when he lets go of Otto Yeah Otto Don't Try To Froce It Didn't Your Father Ever Tell You To Never Try To Be Somone Your Not But Otto Says I No Who I Am I Am Otto Rocket The Future Tony Hawk And Billy I Challnge You To A Skate Borde Duel see Who Shreads This Ramp and Billy makes a face like this is a bad idea but says Very Well Otto But I Do Not Think This Is A Good Idea.

and everyone from Otto To Reggie to Twister and Sam are stunned that Bill knows about all those events and Otto says ina stunned tone How Do You Know About All That and Billy said I Read Sam Journal After You Went Out Grossery Shopping Letting Me Hold Down the Fort At Your House I Was Going To Go Back To Bed At First But I Acidently Knock Sam Journal To The Floor I Pick It Up And Was About To Put It Back But Then I Remembered Sam Like To Not Just Write In His Journal But Also Likes To Draw Pictures To So When I Look In The Journal To See What Sam Has Wrote and Draw It Said And Showed Everything You Did Otto All The Wrong And Stupid Things You Did When I Read That I Wonder What Kind Of Person Does All That What kind Person Has Same Befriended I Did Not Want To Judge You At First Otto But After Seeing How Your Acting Now I See Now The Person I Read In Sam Journal Is Exactly WHo You Are Otto Self Center Spoiled Jerk And Sniviling Little Wessel Who Want To Be On Top Even If It Mean Knocking People Off To Make Room You Should Have Been The Last Person Sam Should Have Maid Friends With I Doubt You Will Grow Up To Be Like Tony Hawk Because I Doubt He DID This To His Friends And I Am Done Skate Bording With You Today I Don't Skate Bord With Jerks Like You Sam I Am Sorry I Read Your Journal But Right Now I Want To Go Back To Your House And Rest I Don't Want To Be Around Your New Friends Now.

and with that Billy skate bords away looking disgusted.

and Sam said Way To Go Otto and Twister Said Yeah You Screwed It Up Again Just Like You Almost Did With My Cousin and Rggie says So In A Way Billy Is Right Otto and Otto says Lay Off Reggie How Was I Suppose To Know Billy Would Snap At Me And Rub My Past Actions In My Face Like That Or That Sam Has Been Writing And Drawing Everything We Have Done including My Mistakes In His Note Book Sam What Were You Thinking How Could You Write And Draw Everything I Did In Your Note Book And Have Your Old Kansas Buddy Read It And Sam Says Well You Just Herd Billy That I Write And Draw Stuff That I Go Through All The Time But I Did Not Know Billy Would Easly Find It And Read It And Find Out What You Did And It Did Not Have To Be Like This Otto This Was Suppose To Be A Fun Day But As Usual Otto You Had To Start Up A Drama Race Otto and Otto says Just Like We Did With You Sam When You First Got Here and Sam Says I Moved Here Otto Billy Just Here To Visit There A Difference Otto A Big Difference And Beside Billy Just Got Here He Has Only Been Here A Day So He Seeing All Ocean Shores For The Very First Time So He Not Fully Aware Of How This Place Works Or How Different It Is Compared To Kansas And You Were Not Making It Easy For Him Otto.

then they hear girl voice say And He Is Right Otto then Sam and Otto Twister and Reggie see everyone from Trish and Sherry Oliver and Eddy even Lars and his gang and bunch of other kids come walking up toward Otto Sam Twister and Reggie and they all look very disappointed it turns out everyone herd Billy yell all that stuff out loud to Otto because Billy and Otto and the gang were in mad town in a public area and there were a bunch of people around everyone herd Billy from kids and adults and maybe even Otto and Reggie dad herd him from the shore shack if it was close buy that is but I cant remember.

anyway kids show up from Reggie friends Trish and Sherry to Oliver the boy who even smarter then Sam and Eddie the boy who calls himself Prince of the Neather World even Lars and his gang shows up along with many other kids as I just said and Trish says That Boy Is Right About You Otto We All Know You and Sherry Says Yeah Me And Trish Were There During That Game Of Captured The Flag You Really Were A Terribe Player In That Game and Trish Says Yeah Otto You Did Not Play Fair At All and Oliver says I Was There When You Sam Twister and Reggie Made Up That One Hockey Game In the Street And Its Was So Complicated Because You Made To Many Rules Otto and You Were Not A Good Team Player On That Capture The Flage Game Either and Eddie Prince Of The Neather World says And I Agree With That Boy Otto Because That Was My Pool You And Your Friend Skate Borded In You Promis You Would Not Tell Anyone Otto But You Broke Your Promise And A Bunch Of People Came In To Skate Bord In It And Reck It Do You Know How Long My Parents Grounded Me Because Of You and Lars says Even I Agree With That Kid You Really Know Sink Down To My Level Otto Like How You Excpeted My bet To Play Hockey In The Middle Of The Night And I Bet You Cheated On That Bladder Bow Race Because You Over Herd Me Telling My Friend How To Cheat And You Dicided To Do It and Trish says Is That True Otto Did You Cheated On During That Race and Sherry Said Answer Her Otto Did You Take A Short Cut Which Is How You Got To The Finish Line Before Twister and Otto says in a nervious tone Well You See I but then Twister says Yes He Did He Told Me and Otto yells Twister and Twister says Well Its True and Larse says So You Did Sink To My Level I Never Thought You Go That Far and Trish says Neither Did We and Sherry says Otto We Threw You A Party That Night To Celabrate Your Victory But Now We Just Learnd You Cheated So That Means That Party Was Met For Twister You Are So Disappointing On So Many Levels and Eddy says And We Have had Enough Otto We Want You Out Of Mad Town Now Get Him and all the kids come at Otto like bunch of cannibals or should I say a angry mob they grab Otto lift him in the air Otto obviously yells Hey Put Me Down and the angry kids carry Otto to the enterance of Mad Town and toss him right out on to the street and yell And Stay Out You Jerk.

later at the shore shack Otto Twister Reggie and Sam get a bite to eat and and Twister says Looks Like Billy Maid You The Hated Person At Mad Town and Ray says when brining burgers out to the kids Hey Kids What is Wrong And Otto Why Do You Look Like Like You Got Beaten Up and Twister says He Got Toss Out Of Mad Town and Ray says What WHy What Happen What Did You Do Otto and the kids tell Ray and Tito how Billy showed them his tricks and Otto Challanged him but Billy out did him and Otto wated a rematch but Billy still beat him and Otto did not excpt defeat and Billy snap at him and rubbed all of Otto mistakes in his face because he read Sam journal that had writing and drawing of all the evenst Otto ahas done but also all the wrong and foolish things he did to which made Billy believe that Otto was insaine calling him a sniveling little weasel that wants to be on top of everything even if it mean pushing everyone off and everyone herd him say that to Otto and believed Billy was right and toss Otto out of Mad town and Ray says in a disappointed tone Oh Otto What Were You Thinking and Reggie Says He Was Being His Classic Self and Otto says How Was I Suppose To Know He Would Yell At Me Or Knew About My Mistakes How Was I Suppose To Know Sam Everything Down In His Journal That I Did And Billy Would Read It and Raymundo says That Is Not The Point Otto Should Not Push People To Do What You Want Or Be Jelious Of Other People Talents Because They Are Better Then You Always Do this Otto You Always Want To Be The Center Of Attention And With That Atitude No One Is Going To Know Your Name In The Future So You Had That Coming Otto and Tito says his anciant hawwain saying LIke The Anciant Hawaiin Said Some Things Are Best Left Alone or Tito says Careful How Far You Push Things. or if Ray already herd Billy say all that stuff he agree with Billy and I spsurised about a few things like Otto cheated on that Blad Bowl Race.

then some people show up at the shack like two of them are boy with skate bords they lay there skate bords on the table and Otto says Cool Skate Bords Guys but then the boys say Its Otto Lets Get Out Of Here Mikey Before He Steels Our Skate Bords And Breaks Them and the two boys take there skate bords and leaves and Otto says Hey Wait I Was Not Think Of Taking Your Bords and and then two woman says Your Otto Rocket That Little Menace I Herd Of and then she says to her hustbend Come On Dear I Do Not Want To Eate Here Anymore and the Husbend says Me Either Come On Sally as they take there five year old daughter and Raymund says Otto Maybe You And The Kids Should Leave Because Your Scaring My Costomers Away and Otto Says Dad You Can't Be Series and Reggie says He Right Otto Let Go To The Beach.

when they go to the beach but that life guard who speaks in a drill sargent acient says Halt Your Suspended Otto Because I Herd A Rumar That You Were Responsible For That Shark Prank So No Beach For You For A Month and Otto Says You Canat Be Series and the Life Guard yels Do I Look Like I Am Joking Now Leave as he blew his whistle and the kids leave.

when they walk through town people says Hey Its Otto The Crazy Kids and People Throw Stuff At Him Saying Freak Loser Dork Jerk Psycho Maniac Wheesle Stupid Kid and after Otto and Reegie and Twister and Sam make a run for it when they hid in the ally there Reggie notice a poster and says guys look and when they look it says Otto The Jerk and it has a pucture of Otto with devil horns coming out of it and they see there are more posters all over town appearntly everything Billy said got out and spread around town and now everyone knows about Otto stupid rude and reckless actions and see him for who he really is when the kids come walk through there nighberhood Otto says I Cant Believe It Because OF Your Friend Sam I Am Not The Most Hated Person In Ocean Shores and Reggie says Yeah Could Not Have Happen To A Betetr Person and Otto Says Excusse Me and Reggie says Kiddingand Otto says I Need To Talk To Billy Maybe He Could Fix This and Sam says I Am Not Sure About That Otto and Reggie says Like He Ever Listens.

they come back to Sam house Otto knocks on the door and Billy opens it and says in dissapointedtone Oh Its You What Do You Want Otto and Otto says I Want You To Fix What You Did Because Of You I Am The Most Hated Person In Ocean Shores You Have Totally Destroyed My Rep and Billy says says And Why Should I Care You Pretty Much Deserve It Otto You Brought This On Yourself With Your Own Decions Everything You Did Is What Lead To This Point Otto as Billy turns around to go back in the house Otto says as he put his hand on Billy shoulder But Billy Come On but Billy elbowed Otto in the face and says My Aswer Is No Get Yourself Out Of It and Billy stormed away into Sam house.

and later on that night Otto and Reggie are back at there house Otto has a rag over his head where Billy elbowed him and Raymundo says He Got A Point Otto You Drag Yourself Into This Every Decion You Made From Cheating On That Blader Bowl Stealing Sam Skate Bord Conarting Twist Out Of His Card Is What Lead To This Moment Life Is Like A Road Otto Every Decion We All Make Leads Somewhere Otto How Do You Think There Are People In Prison Otto Because Everything They Did Is What lead Them There But I Am Sure Thing Will Blow Over Tommorrow but then a rock or two came flying through the window and broke the glass giving Ray Otto and Reggie a heart attack and there were nots on the rocks saying Lose Freak Jerk.

the next day when Otto came back to mad town thinking that everything from yesterday had been forgotten but the moment he walk in kids grab him and lifeted him into the air and ran right back to the enetrance carrying Otto who was yelling Hey Put Me Down and they toss him right out of mad town and yelled Stay Out apperantly they ahd not forgotten what Billy said yesterday Otto skate bord around town and people say Hey its Otto That Rude Kid and Otto had to skate bord away.

anyway later on either Otto goes back to the shore shack and and ask his dad if he can help cook in the back kitchen but Raymundo says that Billy is already there offering to help out and Raymundo could follishly say You Were Like Him Otto He Very Help Full With the Dishes and Otto screams and runs off and Raymundo says Opps and Tito says Not The Right Words to Say Brother.

or Otto goes to the scret spot to get some privacy and thinks about what has happen and begins realizes he went to far when he comes back into town he see Billy at mad Town skate bordering and doing Parkour at the same time all the kids whoere there werewatching Billy and amazed about his skills Tris and Sherry was there so was Olliver and Eddie they look really amazed to and after Billy finshish with his skate brodring kids surrounded him saying Billy That Was Great You Were Awsome and Trush and Sherry said You Look Soo Dreamy When Doing Those Moves Billy and Billy blushes and Eddie says How Do You Do That Billy and Billy could say either Its All In the Leg or Eat Your Green Vegitables or he says I Work Out A lot or I Get Out A lot or he says the Peter Pan line Think Happy Thoughts but who knows what he could say.

and later at night Otto came to the party at the shore shack people were partying there Twister was getting congradlated as he should have then when Otto shows up people say hey Its The Cheated and Everyone yells Your Not Welcome Here You Duffes but Billy says He Invited Otto and says he deserves a second chance that life is not simple that everyone screw up ounce and while but everyone deserve a second chance including Otto so Billy tells everyone to take easy on Otto and just enjoy the party so everyone does.
