but it's really easy to make
simply wrap some rice and fish and vegetables into seaweed and you're done. XD
(okay.. maybe it's not that easy.. xD)

That sounds easier than it really is. xD Most of the time the seaweed broke. ._. And the rise wasn't gluey enough.

Probably you should wet it a bit with you fingertips before you go and try to roll it.
Concerning the rice I cannot really help because we don't use sushi rice (too expensive) but a mixture of normal rice and some other sorts (those for rice pudding and sticky rice) ... and then we add some pickled-sugar-salt powder (especially for sushi) to give it the taste.

My friends are all busy and most of the time, when I'm just around for the weekend, they already have plans. But when I'm at home for more than a weekend, maybe 3-4 weeks, we meet. But not that often. Some of them are working and so they don't have time during the day and are tired in the evening. Damn, that's difficult. ;_;
