PERSONALITY
- cool, calm and collective, xavier has a decent IQ, but often prefers to act the fool.
He is commonly shy around others, but when he feels comfortable, he speaks freely and confidently.
His arms are somewhat out of proportion to the rest of his body, which resulted in childhood nicknames of "monkey boy" and "chimp".. this however doesnt faze him or bother him in the slightest.

BACKSTORY
- Xavier grew up in a small town called Goldenrod town, which over the years has flourished into a busy and bustling city. His parents originated from Kanto and his father served in the Navy - in the Great War - 13 years before Xavier was conceived.
13 years after the truce, his father was called away for "military purposes" and due to "unexplained reasons" was never seen again.

Xavier never knew his father.

He vowed to find out where his father is, or what had happened to him, and promised his mother, he wouldnt return without answers. It is said that the last person to have seen his father alive was Kanto Navy Captain Archibald Howe.

POKEMON
Weapon X - Slakoth - Naughty Nature - Truant - Male
- Aggressive and angry, he is still unsure what has happened to him since being imprisoned in a "pokeball", Although always ready to fight, he has a terrible habit of falling asleep at the most inappropriate moments.
Weapon X has been utilised in the navy as being a VERY strong swimmer, as when he was captured, he was swimming upstream against one of the strongest currents. If he sees a tree, he MUST sleep in it.
