Description The sky was black and forboding. There was a stillness and a sense of doom permiated the area. The place was silent except for a low whistling from the wind.

Leader almost cursed himself, quite literally, for leaving his freaking  magic tome (big book of magic) out in the open like that. Almost.

But this was typical stuff really, there should have been a contingency plan for this in the company manual.

Leader didn't even seem look apologetic. And why would he? This is not the first time he indirectly brought on the end of the world, this isn't even the fifth time. Actaully, the worst that could happen was only the destruction of a small island, but that didn't sound as epic. He is so getting a pay deduction after this mess.

Dark storm clouds swirled and hung around the entrance of where their objective was located, a very large and very old wooden beach house that should have been torn down ages ago. It stood in front of our trio as if to glare them down.

They glared right back.

"Bishop, you better be right about this." Gin said this quietly to himself, but Luca and Leader manage to hear it as well. That Bishop guy was a real piece of work and had a werid interest in Luca that boarder unprofessionalism. They did not like him at all.

Luca clutched onto Gin's right shoulder as she hid behind him, whimpering slightly as thunder boomed and echoed around them.

"D-Do we really have to go in there?" Luca was scared witless. She had a dream like this once when she was younger. It ended with her not sleeping again for a week afterwards. Leader reached for a flask he carried 'in case of werid shit', loosened the the cap and downed the whole thing in one go before throwing it away.

"Luca, man up. Now is no time to start wussing out." From behind Gin, Luca popped her head up and sent a firey glare that would have had a normal man foaming at the mouth and unconcious. Leader ignored her.

Storm clouds chose this moment to send another roar of thunder and sent Luca back down behind Gin.

Gin wanted to sigh really, this was his week off. He just wanted to lay on the beach under the shade of a palm tree and enjoy the view of the ocean and pretty girls in swimsuits. But nooooo~! Somebody always has to go on a world ending rampage. Gin tried to come up with a word to describe how incredibly pissed he was. Magna pissed, Gin was magna pissed. Which probably explained why he hasn't said much yet.

"That place is definately haunted, just look at it! Its dark and everything looks dead, even the creepy guy said so." Luca still refused to go near it. She was smart enough to admit that she was scared, but she hated feeling vulnerable in situations like this.

"He only said it might be possess spirits, and when were you scared of the dark?"

"I'm not afraid of the dark! Just ghosts..."

The trio walked up the the massive front door with Luca still refusing to let go of Gin's shoulder. When they finally came upon the door after walking through the grave yard in front of the house, odd location, they had to crane they heads up to look at the entirity of said door. Their minds went blank and they stood there for a while. Then Leader stepped forward to open the opposing door and quickly discovered...

"It's locked."

Gin almost smacked his forehead, or Leader's for that matter.

At this point Luca let go of Gin's shoulder when curiosity took over and started to wonder around the area of the door. The wood porch they were on was old and showed signs of rot. It was also blackened slightly by grime and dirt. She sudden felt exposed from wearing her black shorts and white top. Though she was glad for her orange jacket, the wind was starting to pick up. The sound of the wind blowing and the occasional creaks from the house being the only noises in the entire area didn't settle her nerves in the lest. Speaking of which, Maybe they should have changed out of their beach gear before trying to save a small island. Luca looked onwards at Gin and Leader devise ways to open the door. They tried bashing it, ramming it, lock picking, and magic words (read: Open Sesame!) No luck.

Luca looked once more upon the door and noiticed ledges framing around the it.

"Hey Guys..." Leader and Gin stopped what they were doing and looked towards her. They followed her gaze and outstreched arm and finger to the top of the door frame.

---

"Keep steady, I almost got it!" Luca was currently standing on top of Gin's shoulders, who was standing on top of Leader's. The plan was simple, the execution was another matter. The trio wobbled in every direction trying to keep balance. Still, they were barely able to reach the top of the door. Luca skimmed her fingertips along the ledge, feeling and wiping away nothing but dust. "Ah ha!" She felt something and quickly grab hold of it. Just in time too as Leader lost his balance and all three ungracefully collasped and formed a pile. Luca's hand emerge up from the pile and triumphantly held the key.

The group eventually pulled themselves together and up with minimal swearing. Luca handed they key over to Gin. The last time she unlocked a door, the house next door exploded. But that's a story for another time.

Gin unlocked the door with an audible click and pushed aside the massive, and unsurprisingly, heavy door. Before Gin can even catch his breath from pushing the massive thing. Leader strolled right in. Gin eyes widened and grabbed leader's collar and yanked back as hard as he could.

Leader did not appreciate this and was about to rip Gin a new one when the whole interior lite up with candels all over the place and a voice boomed.

"You should not have come. You're all going to die here."

Luca turned pale, Leader just strached his stubbles, and Gin, for the first time since the whole incident, grinned and spoke.

"Guys, don't look down." The floor beneath them suddenly gave way and a trap door opened. They didn't even have time to scream.
