Another pathetic attempt at animation, but oh well it's for 's halloween contest. Yep I actually had time to make this as my cousin didn't bother me much today, heh just kidding
It's meant to be a pichu as a vampire flying through the night, which is interesting cause a bat is a rat with wings but eh what do I know?
