It's actually iTerm2, which has built-in terminal window multiplexing.  It's the closest I can currently get to a tiling window manager on MacOS.

It's actually a terminal emulator, not really a true multiplexor like tmux, more like a terminal emulator with abilities that are functionally equivalent to that of a terminal multiplexor.  I say it's not a true multiplexor because technically the different windows are all completely separate terminals that have been juxtaposed together and are not mapped to a single parent terminal like you would get with screen or tmux.
