When I was working on the Aspens piece, I scanned the image when I was done with the black ink...I then selected the trees in Photoshop and dropped in a black background...I really like the way the white trees stand out against the solid black background...There are three more versions of this with different color gradient filters in the background, blue, green, and purple...they are meant to be viewed as a series.Related content

The detail on the trees is something I definitely wish I had patience for.
...and the simple fact that this is black and white ((especially coming from you)) baffles me to no end.
