Yes of course. Not very well know eng. Write tools who used in Corel Painter 10.
1 Airbrushes : Fine tip soft air ( to outline hair )
2 Oils &: detail oils brush ( for the creation of separate elements of hair )
3 Blenders : add water (to mitigate lines)
4 Digital water color : new simple blender ( for a more beautiful color conversions)
5 Oils &: detail oils brush ( for the small details )
time about 3 hours ( for hair )
and a bit of work in Photoshop
