Same thing I said about rarity applies here. Avoid black and grey. Black and grey don't exist in real life.
I'll start with anatomy critique. First, Pinkie's neck is really long. Like, scary long. Next, the hock (That weird bump in the back of their legs) is.. odd. Have you studied pony skeletons? If you haven't, you should. Check out the anatomy guide by :devVetreV: (On the second to last page I think). The hair needs some work too. It's really uniform. All the curls are essentially the same size and shape. Variety is extremely important in visual art.
With ears, it helps to remember that pony ears look like footballs with a quarter cut out of them. Ears attach to the side of the head, not the top.
The same as with Rarity, make those eyespots crisp. Sometimes, softer ones can be pulled off, but that involves intricacies with light sources and lots and lots of knowledge and experience.
There's some more anatomical things I could mention, but studying pony skeletons will help with that.
