Description I added digital color to my pen and ink drawing of Utahraptor and corrected the feathers on the forearm because I hadn't really used any form of reference on the last one. One of these days I'll get them right. The original can be seen here .

One of the absolute best pieces of paleoart I've seen. I love your work -- the Alamosaurus, Apatosaurus, Therizinosaurus, Citipati, and many others, are some of my favorites. But this Utahraptor drawing is my favorite dromaeosaur, period. I hope you do more paleoart!

The wing feathers still don't look like they're attached right to me, they almost look like they're attached to digit I...
Other than that it's a great piece though, really.

You were right. Changed them again. It's also an odd angle, being that the forearm is somewhat foreshortened. The original sketch was an off-hand 45 minute thing (like pretty much all of them). One of these days I'll break out the oils and some references and give paleoart the old college try.
