The texture, big, strong doe eyes, lips, your can sense the texture of her hair. If I search for a criticism, it's that her hair loses some of its personality when it clumps along the side, but I'm not certain that's a bad thing because it helps draw attention and frame the face.
A personality comes through here., beyond the pencil strokes. One of your best, Phan-tom.

I really don't think you lack in any department, including lips.
As for me, I just basically draw what I see. Also usually use a fairly hard lead like 4h and 7h.
I guess the most important thing is to take your time.

Im just slow but I got around to your site. I will get around to commenting on them too. I have two handy caps (kittens) that have to help me do everthing, while they chew on my fingers.
But I do lack, you didnt see the older picture that I removed. I dont use the h set of pencils I have maybe I should try using them. You might have just told me what my problem was. Time, I have alot of that
