Another character design for the new 'Rainbow Dash presents.'It's Pinkie dressed as a wonder-bolt and wearing Rarity's underwear... don't ask.
the final character design also has rubber gloves and a doctor's cap, but that version doesn't show Pinkie's awesome hair.
