do you guys remember that one issue, where the x-men are playing outside and out of the sky falls cyclops who was away on a vacation with Madeline prior and i think off the team.
Rogue catches him i think and takes him to the med bay and professor x than does a psi scan and he instantly taken out because of the back lash from the cerebro

Than all of sudden appears out of no where is the dark phoenix who has been dead for many issues.
I forget what happen next but basically cyclops escapes the med bay because he is being chased by the entire team.
He uses the danger room to take each of the x-men out one by one because hes a complete bad ass.

The reason being is they think cyclops is the darkphoneix i think.

Idk what happened next but somehow storms figures it out they are being tampered with and decides to take out the mysterious villain by flooding the whole mansion revealing the whole time it was mastermind making illusions, I remember shadowcat trying to save members by phasing them out.

I think someone yelled at her but the risk was worth it . The issues ends and when it did it left a strong impression on my very impressionable head ages ago. i forgot some of the details but man did i love that issue. Whatever issue that was

and Paul smith drew the hell out of it and i was captivated by the first page. So cheers to that one issue
