a new cute spread brush! entirely based on The Collector from The Owl House lmao, based on art Dana did a while ago, based each particle on what was show he was shootin off his hands. Feel free to experiment with settings, i think it looks good as an "Add" brush in layer settings too, the glowing overlapping everything you layer your strokes is fun!
ZIP file include the settings and both the mdp. file n an mdb. file as well, install via Brush menu -> Add brush (bitmap) -> pick the mdp., for mdb. just drag and drop onto program´s brush list to install! this should work for medibang as well.
