Description
Peter Parker, AKA, the Spectacular Spider-Man. Born and raised in Queens, New York in the summer of 1968. Orphaned at eight years old when his parents died in a plane crash and left in the care of his loving Uncle Ben and Aunt May. Just before the summer he turns sixteen, Peter's biology class from Midtown High took a field trip to Dr. Curt Connors' genetics lab where Peter got bitten by a genetically-altered spider, giving him powers similar to said spider. When he discovers his powers, Peter decides to use them for self-gain by winning a wrestling match as the Amazing Spider-Man. Unfortunately, Spidey was cheated out of his prize money, which motivated him not to do anything when the promoter was robbed. Just after that, Peter found that Uncle Ben had been shot and Peter held his hand as he died. Peter went after the shooter only to find out that it was the same thief he didn't stop earlier, making Peter realize that he was responsible for Ben's death. The thief surrenders and explains that he didn't mean to kill Ben, allowing Spider-Man to encase him in webbing for the police. Remembering the last lesson that Ben taught him, Peter promised himself that he'd take responsibility for his powers by using them to help people as Spider-Man.

I've been collecting Lego figures from Spider-Man Lego sets ever since the Marvel Lego franchise started, but as you probably figured out, I've always been picky about which figures I collect. I'll be posting photos of the figures that I collected with my biographies for each character; some of them are custom-made and some of them I made myself from other Lego figures.
