Raine's ganguro girl alter-ego posing for a picture! I love how it turned out. So cute and over the top, just the way Raine acted when she still went out as Reiko.
And yes, the cat ears, cat tail, and wings, are all fake. She just wanted to cram as much ridiculousness into the outfit as possible.

That was the point! Only a few people ever learned it was Raine. Most people thought it was some crazy dimensional opposite, if they thought it was Raine at all.
