A huge cup of hot chocolate tastes pretty good after a long walk with the dog out in the snow and ice..

One of my first attempts at food/drink photography and i wanted to give it a low key moody look so i could get some visible steam with the beverage. Also, chocolate was a given choice as i am a sworn enemy of the taste of coffee..

Shot was taken with just one strobe in a softbox from behind and left of the cup and a small homemade reflector front right to get a bit of light on the front of the cup. The steam was created by moving a lit incense stick around over the cup.
