Description Scratching portraits in the surface of some of my darkroom prints. So the white silhoette of a face you see is where I have scraped away the coloured gelatine surface of the photo.
My darkroom teacher told me about scratch drawing as a tip for what to do with overexposed prints. But why not use it on properly exposed prints too?
