Velleda (veleda) is my Fantasy World character Pelluryana. I've changed her name after almost 8 years.Her name means "she who sees".
she's Hel( i know that half of hel body is in decomposition) image, and her blue tattoos represents JΓΆrmungandr, Midgard serpent.
