turns out the guy who's been leaking such reliable info (the guy who brought all the non-scan leaks for BW) has brought us some more leaks
he predicted an electric-type move that drains HP. 3 months later, Parabolic Charge. he says there's all kinds of stuff.

Is this an official new pokemon? It doesn't really look much like mawile or furret to me. It looks like a weird mixture of a rabbit and a lizard. To me anyway.....
