Even if one of the major flaws was how spotty the English voicework was? Just listen in awe, for Baby Ruth Mega Man, too-quiet Duo, Canada's 5th-best Elmer Fudd impressionist Dr. Light, all-around-weird Tengu Man, unexpectedly-foreshadowing* Grenade Man, and you'll have to listen to Frost Man for yourself to truly get an idea of how doofy and hilarious he sounds!
*One of Grenade Man's opening lines is "CRUSH EVERYONE NEHAHA", but my trained ears have misheard that as "KRESCH", and the obscure Phantom Menace-based PC game The Gungan Frontier, in which you have to help build Jar Jar's father a new home on the moon, has this encyclopedia creature called the Kresch.
