this is beautiful, powerful sensuality in the lines and curves, not only in the form and body of the girl but in the tree trunks and branches, the rocks and the water. wow! really beautiful! you've captured it! well done!!!

Great color use and facial expressions! Little suggestion? her visible arm needs bit more definition since it looks bit flat. Adding a bit of diffused light or rim light(from the side where her face is) would do the trick. Just a thought. Either way, I really like it!

I'd say that whatever makes her agonize does the disfigurement. Aurora did a really good job here, malforming character on a few levels, deeper than just pain or destruction.
