At first glance, Mimzie can be seen as a very outgoing person. She loves to make friends with really anyone who even breaths in her direction. The girl tries to make them the happiest they can be. With that being said she can kind of go overboard whether it be cheering someone up or just giving a gift, she really does have the best intentions though. Mimzie is very possessive of her friends and refuses to let them get hurt, this causes her to be very self-less not caring much about herself as long as her trainer and friends are happy so is she. The minccino can be seen as a 'mom friend' being the person who is always open to comfort and listen to your problems. She however can be emotional herself, she tends to keep it to herself though to make sure no one has to worry. When it comes to baking, it really comes naturally she barely ever reads instructions and just goes with instinct and usually goes right. Mimzie can get a little messy, not really minding the trash she leaves around her home or in the kitchen.

Mimzie was born into a large family with many brothers and sisters, her parents were very caring people who adored children. Mimzie was not the youngest as there was more to come along rather she was one of the oldest. She has three older siblings and five younger, with one on the way. She learned to be very caring at a young age and help with the little ones. She taught herself how to bake and help around the home. Mimzie was very motherly to her siblings while her parents were away, they liked to take trips every now and then. It was pretty tiring to have so many children. Mimzie was a big help though.

Her family was pretty close to any bakers in town, Minccino's have been known to be pretty good at being a baking companion. One family bakery, which happened to be Milo's, was one they were particularly close with. Her ancestors along with Milo's ancestors have been close for a very long time. It was custom for most Minccino in her family to become companions for bakers of the Spice name. A family friend someone her parents knew very well, Milo's grandma, had come for a visit to talk about her grandson. Their parents pushing all the kids out of the room for privacy. Two of her older siblings knew what was going on and explained this happened about every 10 to 15 years a young baker from the few families they were close with would come and ask if anyone in the family would like to go on an adventure and partner along side someone, in this case it was Milo.

The two parents exited along with Milo's grandmother and explained the whole scenario about a boy who was having troubles learning to bake needed a companion and asked if any of the older four siblings would like to go. Mimzie was the only one that stepped up to the challenge, she had always wanted to travel. Of course helping her family was fun but she never got to leave the house, make friends, see the world it would be nice. She was introduced to Myles not long after and they two clicked very well. The girl packed up, not really getting much and was off. The two newbies moved to Dawnbreak City, a place of new beginnings as Milo put it, there they would become well known bakers!
