His studio is very messy, but to him everything has a place and if it was to be cleaned he wouldnt know what to do. Marin was born into a family of artists, his mother was young and a model while his father was a photographer. He had an older brother who loved to do art, mostly things digital. Growing up in a city of art and a family of talented people it was easy for him to be introduced to the love of creative thinking. He constantly tried to copy his brothers drawings and wanting to be an artist like him. His brother of course was happy to give him pointers. As kids they got along great, and Mari was happy. His mother was gone quite a bit but it didnt bother the family. Elementary was a fun time for Mari because there was lots of creative freedom in classes. He found a love for painting, and perused in that. Begging his father for his own isle and paint brushes. It wasnt until jr. high he finally got his own equipment. It made him feel very professional. Getting better and better at art at home, his school life was going down hill. Most guys his age, were getting deeper voices and their bodies were changing a lot. However Mari felt stuck in this body of a little girl. He barely grew taller and his voice didnt go as deep like every else'. The lack of changes during puberty led other children to bully him, calling him a girl and gay. Marin was so focused on trying to look and act manly his grades were slipping. Not only that but painting just didnt sound fun, nothing sounded fun. His mother became very close to him when they noticed something was wrong. It was at this point he was getting called 'Mari' by his family. His mother taught him a lot about ignoring societies rules and to be his own unique person. Things were better in highschool, Mari had a lot more confidence and other students got over how he looked. In fact most truly thought he was a girl, Mari never complained, it wasnt a big deal to him. With the new outlook on life Mari buried himself into his artwork trying to get better. He was one of the most talented in his class. In his sophomore year new student began to talk to him in art class. They werent too much into the whole drawing thing they only took it because it was 'easy', that was kind of an insult to Mari. Other than that though, they had a lot of things in common and for some reason Marin couldnt help but feel happier around him. It got to the point they hung out everyday and eventually Mari realized he was gay. Coming out to his parents was hard but he was accepted fully. They had always been loving guardians. Only weeks later did Marin tell his best friend, who surprisingly had feelings for him. They began to date. His boyfriend pushed him to become better and better at art. In his final years as a highschooler he was accepted into a very nice art school. Mari liked to think the support from his boyfriend got him good enough to get in. His boyfriend however, didnt want to go to college so they lived in a small apartment together while Marin attended school. Their love was very passionate and he honestly could see himself living with his boyfriend for the rest of his life. On their 5th anniversary he got a golden heart locket from his boyfriend with a picture of the two of them inside. Marin treasured it like it was his lucky charm. Not even a year later Mari got home from class to find, his computer, money, anything valuable really was gone. Along with his boyfriend. Weeks passed and Marin finally realized he wasnt coming back. The boy spiraled into depression, he never left his apartment and cried all the time. He couldnt bring himself to paint and felt like it was end of his life. He moved far from his family to a expensive art school with his one true love who left. The only person he wanted to be with now was his brother, he packed up his bags and left to visit. He was in tears while driving and could barely see...that morning his family received word that Mari had been in a terrible car crash and was no where to be found. Marin however, was alive and well, but somewhere he had never been before. He awoke in a chateau's rose maze, stuck to live their forever.
