Since they're bringing back Crow and Jack into Arc V, I am really hoping that Crow looked after and raised Yugo. I REALLY love this idea and would make a huge lot of sense.
Apparently Yugo doesn't like to follow laws much, so I can see him being a rather tearaway child who was always getting into trouble.
