You need to reduce your Shadow Bias.Β I'm guessing you have Shadow Bias set to 1.0 for the direct light, something like 0.06 would give more realistic shadows.Β For example the triangle shadow on her leg is goofy.

Actually its set to .25 Β at a closer look. The eye brows of this skin don't work well with the hair. Β

further reducing Shadow Bias will fix these shadows
Her clothing is close to her skin.Β A lot of the clothing shadow isn't drawn, but some of the shadow is drawn, so these weird shadow shapes appear.
Try a quick render with Shadow Bias = 0.06 and see how shadows change.

I'll give that a shot, the other issue is the smoothing modifier iterations is set to 8 but the other option only at three so the outfit was bassically jagged and crippled. I don't normally do that, I was short for time...christmas party to attend. Shadeing rate...I will get back to you with what it was set at.
