Description The reference for this picture was called 'Karate Kid', a fantastic photo by dincturk [link] and can be seen here


I just absolutely loved this kids eyes, with so much life in both these and the scars all over his face. I couldn't remember the title dincturk had given the photo, and have been calling him 'Street Fighter' whilst drawing him, so I have kept the my name instead as its seems fitting

Bristol Board Smooth A3
Mechanical Pencils 4H thru to 8B
Time - about 15-20hours

My goodness, both the picture and your drawing are astounding!!! And both have wonderful names! It's an amazing, work, Paul! I loved how you changed the photographer reflection in the picture for fighting kids in your drawing. Also his expression is amazing, just amazing... both of them are powerful portraits, very powerful portraits making a powerful statement.
