it s a nice drawing
composition and line art is very

but you over used texture, if you use texture in every part of the drawing it make the effect no longuer special.
for example
the texture in the eyes and background work very well
but on the lips and butterfly wing it s a bit too mutch and remover energy and streight from your drawing.
remember that your drawing need color mass to give differant movement, the texture you ve used make most of your mass light and remove impact to your model
