I actually like Marine quite alot too bad she'll most likely never appear in another sonic game again because

1. Sonic Team seems to only care about Sonic himself and no other characters,not even Tails.

2. I heard that alot of people found her annoying.

Plus I headcanon her to have the power of hydrokinesis.
