Old uni assignment, my idol Bruce Lee, we had to do stippling for this assignment. Lets just say I think you would be either mad or have the patience of a saint if you enjoy this method of drawing (I call it the human ink jet printer method)

Done with a combination of 0.1 and 0.05 sized nib inking pens, yes that arm pit shadow area is dots...only thing i didn't dot were the hair, I wasn't gonna be that stupid
