Calm down on the critique. The drawing is obviously stylized, and judging from her overall proportions and attention to detail I'd guess that she could make the drawing look more realistic if that was what she was going for. Not to mention that the character just doesn't look anorexic. I mean, look at the limbs and face, they don't exactly look bony to me. Sure the waist seems to be too thin in comparison to the rest of the body, but then again, the drawing is heavily stylized.
There are more than enough pieces out there which needs proportional critique, but this just isn't one of them.

I'm not angry, I was talking about the drawing and what the drawing was telling us. When you draw you are telling the audience what they see, why are we seeing a random line going through her leotard?
If you continue down this path you will lead people to be substandard and mediocre. Please learn to read.

Thank you both for the critique. I really appreciate any advice I can get.
I am a little confused by this "line going though the leotard" wunleebuxton is talking about. Could you possibly be talking about the outline of the belly button? or the bit of belly that is overlapping the crotch area? Please be more specific.

The line on the leg that is going through her leotard, it is right above her crotch.
