as I said before and I will repeat it don't worryfor me the ghost type pokemon ALL ... their tongues are super dangerous apart from having small and large hooks to hold their victim very well this has poison (oh at least the whole gengar family are poisonous...especially Haunter) ...
ghost guys are not like cats that lick in affection
if they love you they rub against you oh they just hug you (if he has arms of course)
but if they lick you ... run RUN! FOR YOUR LIFE! ... they are not grooming you, they are testing you
