Description IT IS FINALLY A NEW PAINTING!! Yay to me

I used some cloud brush set that i found on my comp from over two years ago, but i think i got it from a particular site, not here so I don't think i have to credit anybody.

You have an excellent way of using color and composition to convey an emotion. I was instantly drawn to this piece.

This painting is very interesting. But I think that the nose and the mouth are a bit too big. The hair on the arm looks like it's going under the skin because the colour of the arm stands out too much (if that makes sense). Except that I have nothing to say. This is very expressive, you have a really good sense of colour and a really good technique. The brushes on the background really add a nice touch.

Thanks for taking the time to comment, and in such a kind way.

The mouth and the nose do look big, now that I take a second look at it... I wish I had the patience to go back and fix it. Next time I will be more careful with the initial sketch.

With the hair i was cutting corners. I got the top half done, and then i felt "oh shoot now i have to do the bottom halfX.x" But yeah. Now I look back and kindof want to fix that. I will likely fix that sooner or later.

And thanks for the compliments It makes me happy that I was able to keep what i have in painting with oils, and be able to move it to the digital world.

Yeah I know what you mean for the hair. It's really hard to detail everything and it sometimes looks better to just 'suggest' it, and I think you did it really well! Like this the regard remains on the face.
You're really talented and I can't wait to see more of your paintings!
