Despite the fact that it's just a scrap, I think this is the best work you ever did (at least from what I've seen.) The anime style is on target, the proportions are almost perfect, and the drawing style and shape compliment each other perfectly. If this were to be colorized in photoshop or even paint, it would be even more awesome, though.
