Unless that's supposed to be Ian the Alligator from the Princess and the Frog, there are several other obvious choices for Disney Characters with the letter 'I':
Iago
Ichabod Crane
... At least the ones that are the most recognized.

Yes it's Ian from Princess and the Frog. Maybe because I made the skin color more green-ish rather than yellow-ish, so he is little hard to recognize. But the trumpet should helped.

I didn't know Ian played the trumpet. I thought he was just one of the gators that tried to eat Tiana and the Prince. The only alligator from the film I know that plays the trumpet is Louis.

OMG! you were right! I made a huge mistake. I am not a big fan of Princess and the Frog, so I think I watched the movie only once. When I started this Disney A-Z my reference is "Disney Junior Encyclopedia of Animated Character" Book and Disney A-Z list from wikipedia. When I came to letter "I", there's no "I" section on my Disney Encyclopedia Book, so I came to wikipedia page. Then I found Ian the Alligator in "I" section, and I think: "Oh! maybe Ian is the Alligator that plays trumpet! I'll take this." and therefore I draw an alligator playing trumpet. (whithout knowing that an alligator I have drawn is actually named Louis!)
And after you (and Mysticalblackangel )commented on this image, I started googling and found that I made a mistake. OMG! It's a shameee!! I felt soo bad! (>.<)
Anyway, I start redoing the "I" letter. Now I use Iago, as you suggested, and will upload it on my tumblr once it finished, probably in next 2-3 hour.
And thank you, thank you so much for the correction. I am a lazy artist sometimes (>.<) eeeeek! and this is a great reminder for me to get a BETTER research before doing a drawing.
