I was messing with this for a creature concept for my comic, Monster Knight.Β This is sort of like a Monster Knight version of a Chinese dragon.I was pretty unsatisfied with every sketch I drew of it except for the very first 1-inch doodle in my pocket sketchbook from like 3 years ago, so I decided to dig up that tiny sketch and give it some lines and detail. Then I ended up throwing some colors on it because I wanted to light it.
I think it turned out alright.
Just about everything I like in my art is an accident, lol.
